The cases are on the rise again. The tourists came back, though very, very few compared to normal summers, and people got cocky. Plus younger people started going to the bars and parties again and thus infection rates shot up again.
My family and I are doing well, just living life in this new normal. We’ve been doing lots of puzzles, watching series on Netflix and going for walks. I’ve also started seriously studying for the DELE test. I had originally planned to do the C1 test, but after some consideration I signed up for the B2. I attended a DELE B2 prep class this week and the teachers told me to start with the B2 to get to know how these tests work. They also said that based on what I’d shown in the class, I would more than likely pass the reading and listening portion on the C1, but the writing and speaking would be more iffy. Given those comments, I decided to stick to the B2. My test is the first week of September, and I feel like I'll be ready, even though I'm still nervous. We'll see how it goes. Comments are closed.
